THE MANUAL INTRODUCTION
This manual has been carefully compiled by your Mistress
essentially for the direction and training of future Sissy Maids.
It should be carefully guarded so that it can be studied and referred
to over and over again, however is not complete in itself just the
first steps in your training. Should I decide to take you on as a
Sissy Maid you will be expected to study this manual carefully and
thoroughly. As you study each part, I will expect you to write to
me answering the questions I have asked or returning any reports I
have requested. Furthermore, I shall require some of you to telephone
me if I feel that it is appropriate. You may request a telephone appointment
if you have any doubts or queries.

THE MISTRESS.
My name is Mrs. Silk and I would describe myself as an elegant
business woman with many hobbies and interests. I was married to a
transvestite for 20 years and I have been training TV males as Maids
ever since. You may have already followed my Correspondence Course
for TV Maids or come across my magazines. This Training Manual is
intended for TV Maids who want to be trained for Fem-Dom domestic
service as Sissy Maids. All of my housework and laundry is completed
by my dependable Sissy Maid Milly who has been in my household for
8 years now.
THE
PRELIMINARIES.
First of all your male clothes must be completely removed so that
I can gather them up and lock them away, they will not be returned
until I have finished with you.This little act helps to set the scene.
Just as you are deprived of your male clothes so you will be deprived
of your masculinity. This will leave you free to enter fully into
your Sissy nature. Now you are naked, I have a chance to look you
over. Are you thin or are you overweight? Have you got a nice little
butt with a nicely rounded set of buns that just invite a teasing
smack with the hairbrush or the cane. Are you well hung or do you
have a weeny peeny? There is only one way to find out! Stand straight
with your legs as wide apart as possible. Well done. Now bend your
knees slightly. This is called THE DISPLAY POSITION. Notice how your
peeny and balls swing freely between your legs. A good opportunity
for me to feel them for size and weight. Next you have a chance to
show your Mistress what a big 'girl' you are. I want you to get your
peeny standing right up. That's it. No need to be shy I have seen
plenty of peenys before. Yours is not the first. Right up now.

Introduction
Welcome to my manual
for wife's and Mistresses. My aim is to offer you help, guidance and
advice on how to recruit,dress and train males for domestic work as
maid servants.The concept of the male maid has been around for a long
time especially among professional mistresses. For the vast majority
of women the concept of the male maid is largely unknown,and yet for
many women,especially business women, the need for real domestic service
is greater than ever. Few women realise that there is a pool of potential
domestic maid servants among the many submissive males in our society
today.
I hope, by
means of this manual, to introduce you to this world in which it is
the men who wear the caps and pinnies and do all the menial work.
Please do not hesitate to get in touch with me if you have any questions

my own male maid and could not do without her. She has been personally
trained by me and is now completing all my housework and laundry as
well as shopping and running errands down town for me.The relationship
is purely on the Mistress/Maid level, she knows her place and is always
respectful, meek and obedient. If she isn't she gets smacked .Simple.
Having introduced you to the world of the male maid I will tell you
how to recruit and train them as domestics.
Who
Can Be A Mistress
The first thing I
want to do is to re-claim the title Mistress for all those women who
have households to run. Many people today think of a Mistress as someone
who takes part in S & M practices or a woman who has a sexual
relationship with a married man. This in fact is only a possible scenario
depending on how much both parties enjoy their involvement. Mrs Isabella
Beeton devotes the very first chapter of her famous book on Household
Management to the Mistress. By this title she denotes the lady responsible
for the running of the household. She starts her description of the
Mistress of the house in this way:
"As with the Commander of an army, or
the leader of any enterprise, so it is
with the Mistress of a house. Her spirit will be seen through the
whole
establishment; and just in proportion as she performs her duties intelligently
and thoroughly, so will her domestics follow her path."
Throughout
this Manual the word MISTRESS always refers to the lady who is the
head of the household, responsible for its management, be it the wife,
partner or even friend. Little has changed since Mrs Beeton penned
the above lines in the last century. Women are still responsible for
the good order of many households throughout this realm. What has
changed is that now they do not have domestic servants to help them.
I believe that times are changing. Already quite a few Mistresses
are turning to males to supply the domestic help they so badly need
in their households. After 30 years as a Mistress you may find, like
me, that there are simpler ways of getting things done!
The new social order.
A number of changes both in modern education and in the social
order have taken place in England which have led to a remarkable change
in the position of men and women at certain levels of our society
today. Many commentators talk about the GENDERQUAKE, that is to say
the situation which now exists whereby the main breadwinner in many
families is the woman and not the man. Many low paid menial jobs which
were once the preserve of women are now being taken by men.
Changing employment patterns.
Many more jobs today require 'man management' skills. That is to say
an ability to deal pleasantly yet effectively with staff and personnel
as well as with the general public. Such skills are increasingly being
seen as the speciality of women. For a number of years now women have
been swelling the ranks of middle management and are now poised to
break through into higher management in increasingly large numbers.
The age of the high flying female executive is almost upon us. This
will inevitably mean changes in terms of who has time to do what in
the household.
Who had heard of the term
'househusband' twenty years ago ?
Enter the Male Maid. A
new phenomenon is creeping into households belonging to executive
women. Male maids. It is not uncommon today for business woman to
employ male maids to do their washing and cleaning. The male maid
is dressed in a housemaids's uniform and provides exactly the same
obedient service required of female domestics over a hundred years
ago. These male maids are known by a number of names.
TV maids, Sissy maids,
Nancy maids etc. Whatever the name,the reality is
the same. They dress and work as female domestics. A man dressed in
a frock,cap and pinny who provides real old fashioned domestic service.
This is the world that awaits the lady who is prepared to recruit
